<Pulled from my FB post because why reinvent the wheel?!>
It’s been 10 (!) days since my surgery π
I was told to be a “couch potato” for 2 weeks.
Yeah that doesn’t jive well with me.
My mom π©π½ has been living here since my surgery, however this weekend my siblings (from NY π§π½ , Pittsburgh π¦π» , and FRANCE π¦π» ) as well as my dad π§ converged at my house π
<Frenchie literally flew in to Pittsburgh Friday and my brothers were on the road before 5am Saturday - my sis arrived here by 7:30am that morning as well!>
I have been taking 1-2 “walks” daily. I am up and about the house as much as possible or rather as much as those around me will let me. I even went out with my mom for a bit the other day!
But this weekend was an exception!!!
My sis got me in my FAV π oversized π¦ sweatshirt (which hid all my drains!!) and I got to do my model walk on the way to π game #1.
Then my brothers arrived in inflatable costumes (π¦ + π¦ ) because for those of you who don't know - I have a small obsession with inflatables (keep it clean people - this is a family show here).
I π so hard and even got to π a bit with excitement when I found out I could add those two to my collection!!
We headed to π game #2 then came back home and went on a sibling walk.
My sis washed, dried and straightened my hair which hadn't been done since BEFORE my surgery π§Ό π¦ π
Both boys were out for the night due to impromptu sleepovers ( thank you Michael Forliano and Chelsea & Shane Penn) so we decided to GO OUT TO DINNER π πΊπ«Άπ½
I cried when they all arrived…but I cried more when they ALL (but mom of course) left this afternoon π’ but I also laughed my ass off for the entire rest of the time they were here π π
