3/8 - 3/9 POD #9 & 10 > A lobster and an Eagle came walking down the street...

<Pulled from my FB post because why reinvent the wheel?!>

 It’s been 10 (!) days since my surgery πŸ™ƒ

I was told to be a “couch potato” for 2 weeks.

Yeah that doesn’t jive well with me.

My mom πŸ‘©πŸ½  has been living here since my surgery, however this weekend my siblings (from NY πŸ‘§πŸ½ , Pittsburgh πŸ‘¦πŸ» , and FRANCE πŸ‘¦πŸ» ) as well as my dad πŸ§“ converged at my house 🏠

<Frenchie literally flew in to Pittsburgh Friday and my brothers were on the road before 5am Saturday - my sis arrived here by 7:30am that morning as well!>

I have been taking 1-2 “walks” daily. I am up and about the house as much as possible or rather as much as those around me will let me. I even went out with my mom for a bit the other day!

But this weekend was an exception!!!

My sis got me in my FAV πŸ’š oversized πŸ¦… sweatshirt (which hid all my drains!!) and I got to do my model walk on the way to πŸ€ game #1.

Then my brothers arrived in inflatable costumes  (🦞 + πŸ¦… ) because for those of you who don't know - I have a small obsession with inflatables (keep it clean people - this is a family show here).

I πŸ˜‚ so hard and even got to πŸ’ƒ a bit with excitement when I found out I could add those two to my collection!!

We headed to πŸ€ game #2 then came back home and went on a sibling walk.

My sis washed, dried and straightened my hair which hadn't been done since BEFORE my surgery 🧼 πŸ’¦ πŸ‘‘

Both boys were out for the night due to impromptu sleepovers ( thank you Michael Forliano and Chelsea & Shane Penn) so we decided to GO OUT TO DINNER πŸ• 🍺🫢🏽

I cried when they all arrived…but I cried more when they ALL (but mom of course) left this afternoon 😒  but I also laughed my ass off for the entire rest of the time they were here πŸ˜‚ 😊
